Anchor Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Houston, Texas. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to our patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure) and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
Help patients with mobility, including transferring, turning, and ambulating, using proper body mechanics and assistive devices.
Ensure patient rooms and common areas are clean, safe, and organized.
Assist with meal times and feeding as necessary.
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
Follow all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Document care provided accurately and timely in the patient's record.
Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a CNA is a plus, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
